The station is a vehicle by which dog-care professionals are able to provide information to enthusiasts about methods, products, training techniques and organizations focused on building healthy relationships between people and their best friends – their canine companions.

DVGRR Goes True Blue
At Golden Gateway, we feed Blue Buffalo food and even historically finicky eaters chow down! The kennel is absolutely quiet between 1 and 4 PM, when the second shift staff arrives and the food starts dropping into the bowls in the kitchen; then everyone's awake and barking for dinner.
The Blue Buffalo Foundation for Cancer Research, established in 2003, provides a source of funds for the Pet Cancer Awareness Program, dedicated to studying the causes, treatments and prevention of cancer found in dogs and cats. As the prominence of cancer within Golden Retrievers is among the highest in all breeds, we believe such research is essential to the well-being of our beloved companions. So, while we are extremely pleased to be using such a high quality food, we also love knowing that funding is being dedicated to help dogs live longer and healthier lives.
